Malamig. Masarap mag-internet, gumawa ng project. Pwedeng palamigin ang utak na aburido. Pwedeng pakalamahin ang taong nagmamadaling matapos ang isang thesis or project.
Ewan ko ba? Ah basta! Ayun na nga...
Itutuloy...
God Bless y'all!
Happy Halloween!

600
I woke up. I ate my breakfast.
630
I found out that TJ Manotoc, the ex-kapuso, is now a kapamilya. And guess what? His former rival, Magandang Umaga Bayan, is now his new ‘home’. Funny noh!?!
One thing that I learned from the rivalry between ABS-CBN and GMA is that you must never bash your rival because the one that you’re bashing might be the ass that you’ll be kissing.
700
I took a long bath. And when I say long, I mean looong.
730
Other preparation stuff.
800
FX: From Vito Cruz to E. Rodriguez. Then, Aeda’s dad called me to ask about the enrollment stuff. I couldn’t give him an answer because I still have problems with CAP. *@^& CAP!
900
I paid for my lost verification slip. Claimed it at the counter. Then, I rushed to the gym to get my class card.
945
Did I tell you that the line at the cashier was long?
Anyway, I got to see Arman’s card. Wala siyang dos. Then I got to see my card. I was very disappointed. Tatlong dos! Sheesh! I know I could’ve done better. Hell! I don’t care at least I got a 1.00 in Math. Ang yabang noh? As if yung standards nila ganun kataas?!?
1000
Humingi ako ng assessment forms, whatever forms – all the forms needed for CAP.
1015
Rode a cab. E. Rodriguez – Makati.
1120
I ate at Mc Donalds. Quarter Pounder Meal without pickles. Large fries and iced tea. Caramel Sundae. Sweet!
1200
Welcome to CAP hell!
The number being called was around 100 something. My number? 620! The good thing though was that CAP was considerate enough to prepare a movie marathon for their clients. They were showing films inside the ‘hall’ so, the people inside weren’t that bored to death. The movies that I got to see were: parts of School of Rock, Johnny English and parts of Bruce Almighty. Not bad, huh? Nah! It was still hell! Time was stagnant! Hehe
1630
Yipee! My number! I heard my number!
1700
I got home. I’m tired. I’m ready to sleep.
Ciao.
Lord, help me. I still need to clarify things with Trinity and CAP. Thanks For the patience, Lord.

Halloween's just around the corner (As if!). And my yaya's birthday is just a few days from now.
October 29 ang birthday ni yaya. She'll be 61 years old, nah. Sabi ko sa kanya na it would be better if we will celebrate her birthday sa October 31 para yung concept nung birthday niya is Halloween-ish. As if! Palagi naman akong nakikialam. Hehe. Red and black yung motiff niya. Yung sister ko naman - dedma lang.
Excited na ako talaga! Siyempre all made up kami dapat. Tapos yung lights sa house dapaat may pagka-cabaret yung dating. As my yaya's official party planner a.k.a. pakialamera, eto yung mga things na gagawin ko: invitations, costume, food, scary flick, music, lights, documentation, banners, gifts, etc.
Invitations
So 'yun na nga. Basta!
Costume
Tapos, hmm, basta may blue siyang make-up.
Basta!
Scary Flick
After na 'to nung buong gabi. After eating baka mag-sleep over si Pau dito para nood kami ng movie. Siguro, The Others, The Texas Chainsaw Massacre, The Ring.
Music
Thanks to the ever-reliable Magic 89.9! Mga burned din na CDs.
Lights
I'm so excited!
Kagandahang Vyna Gin Constantino, Happy 18th Birthday! Mwah! I wish you all the best! May the LORD shower you with all the blessings! May you continue to be a faithful servant of Christ! I love you, my friend! Ingat! God bless!

I got to see A Simple Life last night. And, boy was it funny!
Comedy flicks or shows aren't always stupid. Sometimes, artists create intelligent jokes which turn out to be really funny. But, A Simple Life isn't that kind of comedy.
I don't know if Paris Hilton is playing stupid or she's just plain stupid. I was laughing my heart out last night because of her stupidity. Sure, she may be one of the richest under 25 or whatever but can somebody get to be that dumb or stupid? Can you imagine, one of the richest kids in the United States, doesn't know what a well is? She doesn't even know what Walmart is! I mean, a well, didn't they teach that in grade school or even in kindergarten? Sheesh. And, Walmart! I mean, hello, it may not be as striking as the shops in Beverly Hills or God-Knows-Where-I-Don't-Know, but puh-leez, Walmart?!? She even said, "What's Walmart? Is it like where they sell walls?" Beat that. Walls!?! Didn't her filthy rich parents send her to school? Was she born with high heels on her feet and she walked directly to the ramp? Whoah!
I must say that Nicole Ritchie has a whole lot more brain than Paris Hilton. Well, she, at least, knows what Walmart is.
I was laughing the whole time but i sort of pity them. Of course, I know that I am not in the position to pity them because, hell, I couldn't spend over $5,000.00 in just one store. But, at least, I do have brains. What do the other people think of them? Others being the other rich people in their side of the globe. Well, they may not be able to react. For all I know, they may be as stupid as Paris. Why can't they be like Oprah? She's rich and all that but she's smart. I mean, she knows what a well is and what Walmart is!
I can't believe myself! I'm wasting my oh-so-precious time saying that Paris Hilton is such a twit. Maybe I'm just jealous. NO. Not maybe. I AM jealous. Argh. I wish I had her money. My gosh! Can you believe that? Over $5,000.00 in one store! Whoah!
I just wish them well. Not the well, where you get the water okay. Haha!
To more worthwhile things...
Now that I am in college, I am more, more, more something! I now have a knack for original CDs and concerts and gadgets and books and all that worldly stuff. Yeah, I am such a, a, a, I don't know what! As of now, I only have 3 original CDs (Nyoy Volante with the Mannos: Acoustic, Alicia Keys: Songs in A Minor and Usher: Confessions. I have been to only 3 concerts. Two of which were treats from my mom's friend and my friend. The other one, I paid for it! Gadgets? Hmm. I'm really into it but I don't have the money to buy those kinds of things. Books. Well, I'm just in the process of beginning to like reading. I don't know.
I bought a PC Buyer's Guide and T3 Magazine. Whoah! The gadgets inside were like the dream gadgets of every college kid. There was this Bentley car which is like the best car in the world. Then, there's the iPod which is really a necessity for all the music lovers out there. Then, the iPaq which schedule-freaks could use. Then, a Sony projector for watching movie flicks and cable channels. There was also a microwave oven which could scan the bar code and it will automatically determine how many minutes it would need for reheating. Microwave. College kid. What's the relationship? College is equal to laziness. So, the college students need more for-the-lazy gadgets and appliance. I know you get me. Of course, there's the laptops and PCs and cellphones and cameras and video recorders. I want to have all of those this Christmas. Whoah, that's one good Christmas!
Speaking of Christmas, my parents will not be here this Christmas. My mom's in Canada and my dad's in God-Knows-Where. I hate this thought. I might celebrate the birth of Christ crying. I don't like that!
Christmas. Christmas. Christmas. Christmas list. Christmas gifts. Christmas hangouts. Christmas cards. Christmas calls. Christmas balls. Christmas trees. Christmas. I just love Christmas!
God bless y'all!

Just when I thought that I had the perfect start for my first college sembreak, comes an envelope from Trinity saying that all CAP cheques bounced. Crap!
As you all know, I am a CAP ‘scholar’. Scholar? Sheesh. I hate money matters especially when it involves school. I get all sorts of imagination - not finishing college and all that crap. Argh…
I had the perfect sembreak. Or so I thought. I was busy with John Grisham and his Pelican Brief and then came a perfect sembreak destroyer. Sheesh. I wish I had all the money in the world. I already talked to a CAP personnel and she said that everything has already been settled between them and Trinity. There’s really no problem because CAP will still pay for my tuition fees, I just need to spend a little cash for my transportation to get my assessment form and course curriculum from God-knows-where. Then, I’ll submit those forms including my CAP certificate to the CAP Main Office located somewhere in Makati. After 7 working days, I will be able to get hold of the cheque. I still don’t know if they will give the lump sum or just a partial payment. My problem is that I don’t know if I’ll be joining my block mates when they enroll. Getting myself enrolled in that stupid school entails a whole lot of days of going back and forth to CAP and Trinity and I know that my block mates wouldn’t wait that long just for my sake. How I wish that they would wait for me. I love my block mates and I don’t want to adjust to a whole new company by next sem. I just wish that… that… But, hello?!?! Who am I kidding? They still want to enjoy their sembreak and they would want to finish all enrollment stuff at an earlier time. Argh… Fudge! Argh… I just wish that I’ll wake up tomorrow having $999,999,999.00 in my bank account. How I wish! Darn! Money! Argh…
Argh…
Well, everything is just for the better. God has bigger plans for me.
Anyway, I am very proud of myself because I was able to read 3 books as of today. Yipee! Clap. Clap. Clap. The books that I’ve read were: Harry Potter: The Sorcerer’s Stone, The Guardian, and The Pelican Brief. Among the three, I liked The Pelican Brief the most.
The Pelican Brief by John Grisham
I’ve only read two books by Mr. Grisham, this was the second and The Street Lawyer was the first. This is way better than The Street Lawyer. The excitement was there but I didn’t quite like the ending. But, hey, its still a good read.
Over-all Rating: 9 out of 10.
I would love to see the movie so that I could compare which one is better. I know that Julia Roberts was the lead character and I think that the character she played would really suit her but I am not so sure about Denzel Washington. I think it would have been better if Michael Vartan or somebody else played the role of the news reporter. But of course, who am I to judge Mr. Denzel Washington? I haven’t seen the movie!
Harry Potter: The Sorcerer’s Stone by J.K. Rowling
This was a fun read. Ms. Rowling knows how to inject humor into her work.
Over-all Rating: 9 out of 10. And 10 out of 10 for the very shocking ending.
The Guardian by Nicholas Sparks
The Notebook, for me, is Nicholas Sparks’ best novel, so far. This wasn’t just my kind of coffee. Although, I still love the way he writes – simple – the suspense part didn’t work for me. It wasn’t bad. I actually loved the parts when the romance thingy was being focused. Sparks is good at the romantic stuff. He just wasn’t as good in writing the suspense thingies. It sort of reminded me of a Filipino movie that I saw or something like that. I don’t know. Ano ba magagawa ko? Gusto niya i-try magsulat ng pa-suspense eh.
Over-all Rating: 6.7 out of 10
I plan to read more books. The books on my list are: Harry Potter (Year 2 – Year 5), Interview with the Vampire, Feast of All Saints, The Alchemist (I still haven’t read this book!!! Waah!!! Kakaasar!!!) and of course, the BIBLE.
GOD Bless!!!
Uuy… Tonight sa Star World ang pilot episode ng A Simple Life. And, gusto kong bumili ng VCDs ng Alias from Season 1 – Season 3. Waah…
I can’t help but think of the CAP thingy!
Crap!
I just love the word crap…
Hehe…
Crap!
See... I just love it...

Thank God dahil sembreak na! Grabe! I really needed this sembreak. Hehe… Ewan ko! College does something to people. Sheesh… Tingnan natin ang past week.
09 October 04 Saturday
Fine! Exaggerated yun! Pero, parang ganun yung flow nung discussion. Talk about fast-paced! Basta ganun! So, okay lang naman. Hehe. The day before the CE midterms kasi eh nagkasakit ako so, during lunch the following day pumunta ako sa doctor sa may St. Lukes lang din. So, ngayon, I have to live with the repercussions of what I did. Repercussions. Grabe! I love that word! Wala lang. So, ayun na nga, wala akong choice but to take the finals. Take note: I didn’t review. As in! Kung siguro, I coconsider niyo yung flipping nga pages ng book as review, well, nag-review nga ako pero yung seryosong review – hell, no! Fudge talaga! Ang hirap! Matatae ka sa hirap! Sobra! OA! Grabe! Kairita! So, ayun natapos din ang nakakatae niyang exam. Next, subject was STS. Hmm… STS may super-favorite subject. Ewan! Ayun nairita siya. Sabi niya i-sisingko daw niya kaming lahat dahil ang ingay namin. Go ahead! As if kaya mo! I mean – that’s not fair and that’s not allowed sa school na basta basta ka lang mag-sisingko. Hello?!? The dean’s office is always open. So, ayun. Kinakabahan kami talaga. Well, actually, yung group lang namin kasi hindi kami nakapag-submit nung hinihingi niya. So, ako, hanggang ngayon kinakabahan din talaga. Whatever?!? Basta I lift all my burdens to HIM.
So, after that shitty day… Comes Alicia Keys…
Can you imagine isang 10 year old, adik na adik na sa kape? So, ako naman, to stop possible tantrums, bumili na kami. On the way to Shopwise, guess who kung sino ang nakita ko? Si Sir MOME. As in! Anyway, right after I changed my clothes, we went to KFC to eat. It was about 700 and the concert won’t start until about a little past 8 (y’know pinoi time). As in sobrang A. Keys imitation siya. Ang braid, ang porma. Asteg sana kaya lang there’s something about her na nagpasira sa get-up niya pero nevertheless asteg dahil pumorma siya ng ganun. We finished eating mga 730 na. Eh, di kami pumunta na kami inside Araneta. Hindi kami sa front row. Sa Upper Box A lang kami. We can’t afford noh! Ayun. Malapit ng mag-8 napupuno na yung seats. Siguro mga 5 minutes past 8 lumabas na sina KC and Sarah. Binati nila yung mga sponsors. Lumabas na si Luke. Kinanta niya yung latest song ng BoyzIIMen. Actually, revival lang yun eh. May kinanta pa siya. Tapos suet sila ni Kyla. Maganda yung duet nila ni Kyla. Then, Kyla sang. She was great! Grabe talaga! Then, Alicia Keys…
The first song that she sang yata was entitled Karma. Basta yung ‘…what goes up must come down…’ something like that. Sobrang hiyawan kaming lahat. As in! Nakakadala ng audience si Alicia Keys. Alam mo yun. You can’t help but loosen up and groove to whatever she sings. Basta ganun yung feeling. So nice… Basta kinanta niya yung How Come…, tapos may medley din siyang kinanta, marami-rami rin yung kinanta niyang songs. Pero syempre, the audience really went wild when she sang If I Ain’t Got You. Super kanta talaga lahat ng tao. Grabe! May time nga na gusto kong umiyak kasi parang wala lang. Alam niyo yun?!?! Di ba yung mga Amerikano grabe kung ma-starstruck to the point na mahimatay sila. Pero wala eh. Hindi ako naiyak. Hehe. Grabe! The night was so… so… ewan! Amazingly Remarkably Undeniably Great! Waaahh… Grabe! Pansin ko lang… Ang lakit ng pwet ni A. Keys. Pwedeng panlaban kay J.Lo. Grabe! Dalawa lang ang costume niya. The first one was a corsette with a jacket and pedal-pushers. Tapos the other was the same corsette and a skirt. Grabe! It was so great!
I’ve only been to 3 concerts in my entire life. The first one was at the Folk Arts. Si Regine yata yun. The second was sa Folk Arts din. All Stars Live By Request (Kyla, Nyoy, Nina, South Border, Akafellas, Karylle, Jimmy Bondoce, etc). The third was Alicia Keys. Nothing can compare dun sa concert ni Alicia Keys. Yung concert ni Regine – I ended up snoring! Grabe! Boring! Kay Alicia Keys – need not answer. There’s no denying na maganda talaga ang voice ng mga Pinoi artist. Pero as in total performance – ahh! Yuck! Kulang na kulang! Ang concert hindi lang tenga ang pinapagana. Ang audience nanonood. Stupid! Grabe!
It was worth it!
I can’t wait to see Usher…
Grabe!
10 October 04 Sunday
Nag-simba kami. May hang-over pa ako kay Alicia Keys. I ended up crying and cursing myself for being burara!
11 October 04 Monday
I didn’t get my finals. I had to replace my test permit. Buti na lang my English prof was there nung hapon so I was able to take my test that day din. Pero, wala yung Psych prof ko so I will be taking my Psych test sa Sabado. Ayun!
12 – 15 October 04
Finals! Hell! Shit! Hehe!
Konting aral. Ang daming tulog.
Hell!
16 October 04 Saturday
I thought that the test was easy pero was I wrong! Ang hirap! Pero I managed naman!
Its going to be another hell week - the last hell week for the first semester. Argh. We'll be having our finals next week and I haven't reviewed for any damn subject. My midterm grades are okay but I'm aiming for a flat one. As in uno. Ang hirap maging mascian. You have to live up for the name. But then again, hindi pa rin naman talaga nag-iimprove yung study habits ko. Well, sort of, sort of lang. Waah... Hmm... Math-exempted; Philosophy-exempted; Filipino-argh... i hate this subject!; English-sheesh! rereviewhin pa talaga ito ah; Psyc-oh well. siguro mga 4 hours na review to; ChemLec- mga 5 hours siguro to; Chem Lab- around 3 hours; CE-fudge! bukas na pala 'to; STS-bull!
Manonood ako concert ni Alicia Keys bukas! Yipee! I'm so excited kahit na upper box lang ang seats namin. Woohoo! Kailangan ko ng binoculars!
Ang daming mag-dedebut. Actually, dalawa lang naman yung invited ako. Aeda's debut. and Kagandahang Vyna's debut. I'm still not sure if I could attend to both of these parties pero I so want to go dahil ayaw ko ng mangyari yung hindi ako naka-attend sa debut ni Rizsa. Argh... I'm still so sorry Riz... I missed one of the most important days of your life...
Argh...
Rock on mAsCi oWpoR!
God Bless us all!
